I feel like I've been doing nothing but searching online lately, haha. I'm looking up all sorts of things because of my acne, but there is so much information that it's actually making me more confused.
Some articles say that diet is the most important thing, others say that sleep is important, and some people say that just cleansing properly makes a difference.
So I've been trying this and that, but honestly, I'm not really sure what's actually working...
I've tried drinking more water, cutting down on flour, and going to bed early, but my skin still seems the same. I wonder if I'm being too impatient for no reason.
For those of you who have suffered from acne for a long time, what was the first thing you changed? I am really curious whether it was your lifestyle habits, cosmetics, or dermatological treatment.
Now, rather than blindly following whatever I find, I’d like to hear from those who have actually seen results and try things out one by one haha. Even small tips are welcome, so please share them with me~ I really beg of you!!
