I have a habit of touching my acne whenever I get it. Could this be having an effect? ㅠㅠ

여드름이 생길 때마다 손으로 만지는 버릇이 있는데 이것도 영향이 있을까요? ㅠㅠ

My skin has been breaking out constantly lately, so I'm really worried... At first, I thought it was just because I wasn't feeling well, but since the acne has been recurring for over a month, I'm starting to think I need to change my skincare routine.

Strangely, whenever I get a pimple, I have a habit of constantly looking in the mirror and touching it with my hands. I know it's better not to touch it, but for some reason, it bothers me so much that I end up doing it anyway. After doing so, it seems to get redder and last longer, so now I'm starting to think this habit might be a problem.

I wash my face thoroughly morning and evening, and I try to change my towels frequently. I also make sure to wash my pillowcase once or twice a week, but I still don't really feel like my skin is noticeably improving haha.

In the past, it mainly appeared on my forehead, but seeing that it keeps popping up on my cheeks and chin lately, it seems like there isn't just one cause. I really can't figure out if it's due to stress or my lifestyle habits.

For those of you who, like me, have suffered from acne for a long time, has anyone experienced your skin improving just by changing one lifestyle habit? I'm curious if simply not touching your face with your hands was effective.

I want to try changing the things I can on my own before visiting a dermatologist, so I would be really grateful if you could share your experiences on which habits were the most helpful. Please let me know as much as you can, even if it is just a small detail!
