Can I receive extraction treatment for pustular acne?

Is it possible to extract slightly hard, red bumps?

Or I was wondering if it just takes time.

I get breakouts like this sometimes; how should I manage them whenever that happens?

I wasn't sure if it would be good, so I ended up just leaving it alone... but it seemed like it left a scar later.
