Can Maypure solve the huge pimples that pop up around my chin only during my period?

My skin isn't usually that bad, but exactly once a month around the time of my period, two or three huge, hard, and painful pimples pop up on my chin and around my mouth. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

It is acne that swells up tightly from the inside without appearing yellow or pus-filled on the surface, so it hurts a lot when touched and takes a very long time to subside. On top of that, once it goes down, it leaves behind dark pigmentation, making the area around my chin look very messy.

I've heard that getting an anti-inflammatory injection at a dermatologist is the fastest way, but aside from that, are there any Maypure treatments or care programs that can fundamentally prevent these recurring chin acne or alleviate scars? Please recommend treatments that are good for consistent care!
