I have a big, red, and painful pimple on my cheek. Will it go down immediately if I get an anti-inflammatory injection?

Maybe it's because the weather has been so hot lately and I've been sweating so much, but when I washed my face and looked in the mirror, a red pimple suddenly popped up right on my cheek, just like in the photo I took. ㅠㅠ It hasn't turned yellow or festered yet, but it feels hot to the touch and is actually kind of painful, so it bothers me and stresses me out every time I wash my face. lol I'm worried that if I squeeze it out, it will definitely leave hyperpigmentation and a pitted scar. In a situation like this, would going to a dermatologist to get an injection to reduce inflammation be the fastest way to calm it down? Or should I get a moisturizing and soothing treatment to control sebum overall? I'm really torn. ㅠㅠ Please,先輩s, share some dermatology tips on how you all deal with those annoying pimples popping up one by one like mine. lol
