Can even people with sensitive skin receive acne treatment without any worries?

My skin is naturally a bit sensitive, so I'm the type of person who can't easily try new cosmetics.

However, recently, I have been getting recurring acne breakouts, so I feel that managing it at home alone is no longer enough, and I am looking into acne treatments.

However, since my skin is sensitive, I am worried that getting acne treatment might actually make it redder or cause more severe irritation.

Looking at the reviews, some people say their skin has improved a lot, but there are also posts mentioning redness in the beginning, so I am curious about the actual experience.

Has anyone received acne treatment despite having sensitive skin? I would like to know if the recovery was quick and if I need to pay more attention to moisturizing and sun protection than usual.

I'm also curious if your skin tends to get very dry during treatment, haha.

I've been putting it off for no reason because I'm scared, but I'd like to gather the courage to try it after hearing stories from people who have actually experienced it. Please share your honest reviews!
