Do acne marks often improve along with the acne when you start treatment?

My biggest concern these days is acne scars rather than acne itself.

New pimples are a problem, but even after they disappear, the red marks linger for a long time, making my skin always feel messy.

So this time, I am considering getting proper acne treatment.

However, I am wondering if receiving acne treatment only reduces new acne, or if existing marks can also improve.

There is a lot of talk on the internet saying that it varies from person to person, so I’d like to hear about actual experiences.

Although my scars are not particularly deep, the redness tends to linger, making my overall skin tone look uneven. Therefore, I would like to know if starting acne treatment can also help improve this aspect.

For those of you who have received treatment for similar concerns, how long did it take you to feel your skin becoming clearer? I'm also curious about when the new breakouts decreased and when the marks started to fade.

I would be grateful if everyone could share their experiences, whether you saw results or were disappointed compared to your expectations. I plan to start treatment myself by referring to actual reviews!
