Does the method of acne treatment also vary depending on the skin condition? :)

I've been under a lot of stress lately because of my skin, so I'm leaving a question.
While talking about our skin concerns with a friend, we realized that even though we both have acne, the treatments recommended to us were different.
So I became curious if the method of acne treatment varies from person to person.
I tend to get recurring breakouts on my chin rather than my cheeks, while my friend's style is mainly on her forehead, and I heard that the treatments recommended for us are different.
For those of you who have received acne treatment, did the treatment plan determine the direction after assessing your skin condition first? Or I am curious if the process is generally similar for most cases.
I would also like to know what improved the first thing while receiving acne treatment. I am curious if the new breakouts decreased, if the redness faded, or if your skin texture changed first.
I've seen a lot of promotional posts, but I think the stories from members are the most trustworthy when it comes to actual experiences. If anyone has received acne treatment, please share your satisfaction level and the changes you've seen!

I'm worried about dryness and redness on my cheeks in late autumn. What kind of care would be best?[6]
CommentsIt seems wise of you to be cautious with exfoliation when your cheeks feel tight and red due to the heating. I would also like to take your advice on whether I should consult about soothing care or a skin booster first.230026.11.03 - 03CommentsIt’s amazing that you’ve consistently managed with just soothing care without touching your hands. I’ll check the reply when it comes up regarding whether the extraction comes first or if the peeling is done together.210026.11.03

- 02CommentsWhen breakouts occur, I'm always confused about the order of things—whether to exfoliate first or moisturize first. It's nice to find out that you share the same concern.590026.10.30
- 03CommentsIt would be difficult to determine the required number of sessions from the start, as it varies depending on the level of inflammation, the presence of scars, and management goals. It would make comparisons easier if you asked about the timing of the interim evaluation and the criteria for modifying the plan during the consultation.540026.10.28
- 01CommentsI'm also stressed because I keep getting acne, but it seems like getting laser treatments consistently is important. I think it will get better after receiving more than 10 sessions.2180026.10.26
- 02CommentsI imagine you are really curious if you can manage both blackheads and acne at the same time. It would be a good idea to consult with them to see if they can be treated together after assessing your skin condition.710026.10.25
- 03CommentsI get breakouts on my chin before and after my period exactly the same way, so it really feels like I'm on the same page. During your consultation, please ask about the best order to manage the current inflammation and remaining marks, as well as available time slots after work!1310026.10.25
