Will this acne treatment also help with pores that have severe makeup creasing?

I am wondering if acne treatment helps with enlarged pores and severe makeup creasing.

Lately, when I apply makeup, I feel like the base settles severely into the pores around my nose and cheeks, and by the afternoon, my skin looks uneven and breaks down. Using primer helps for a moment, but it feels heavy and suffocating; on the other hand, exfoliating actually dries out my skin, causing my makeup to cake even more on some days.

If you look closely, there are small blemishes and sebum as well, so I don't think it's simply a problem with the cosmetics.

In this case, if I clear out sebum and clogged pores through acne treatment, will the makeup creasing also be reduced a little?

Even if acne treatment doesn't directly smooth the skin texture, I am wondering if I can expect the skin to look more refined and less prone to breakouts. I would also like to know when I can resume applying makeup or washing my face after treatment.
