Can acne treatment manage milia and clogged pores at the same time?

I would like to inquire if acne treatment can manage both milia and clogged pores simultaneously. When I touch my skin, it is not smooth but feels rough and bumpy like small protrusions, and sebum and pores are also quite noticeable around my nose and cheeks.

I don't have many red, breakout pimples, but since I keep having these small blemishes, my skin doesn't look clear overall.

When I use exfoliating products at home, my skin feels soft for a while, but after a few days, it becomes bumpy again, and sometimes turns red due to irritation. In this case, if I receive acne treatment, will I be able to see both the whiteheads and clogged pores? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I am also curious if it is necessary to distinguish between areas that require extraction and those that should be left untouched during acne treatment.
