I have a question regarding nose sebum and pores that worsen every afternoon.

My skin looks relatively fine when I go to work, but by the afternoon, oil starts to build up around my nose and my pores become very noticeable, so I am writing to inquire.

Even if I apply a thin layer of base in the morning, makeup settles around my nose by lunchtime, and touch-ups actually seem to accentuate my sebum and pores. I've tried blotting frequently with oil blotting paper, but it only makes my skin matte for a brief moment, and repeated use seemed to make my skin dry and rough.

However, if I apply enough moisturizer, my nose seems to get oily even faster, so it is difficult to control the amount of product I use. I am wondering if, for this type of skin, the priority is to reduce sebum production, or if I need to address internal dryness to reduce oil production.

As a working professional, I would like to be able to resume my daily activities and apply makeup immediately after treatment. Is there a treatment suitable for nose sebum and pore concerns that does not require a heavy recovery period? I would also like to know the recommended treatment frequency and the approximate duration required.
