How do you manage nose pores that become more noticeable when wearing makeup?

I am writing to inquire because although the pores around my nose are noticeable even normally, they look much worse when I wear makeup. Even if I let my skincare absorb fully and apply a thin layer of base, over time the makeup settles on my nose and butterfly zone, making it feel like each pore becomes visible like tiny dots.

When using primer, your skin may look a little smooth at first, but by the afternoon, it mixes with sebum and sometimes breaks down looking more stuffy and messy.

Thinking that dead skin cells might be the problem, I tried using a peeling product, but my skin became dry and the area around my nose turned red the next day, so it was difficult to use frequently. I am wondering if I need to receive both sebum-clearing and skin texture-smoothing treatments for pores where makeup settles heavily.

My acne isn't severe right now, but I can see small sebum plugs and bumps around my nose. Can I receive a consultation for acne skin care even with this condition? I want to achieve skin that looks natural and settles less easily.
