I'm curious about the cause of the sebum on my nose that comes back quickly even after washing my face.
I am writing to inquire because sebum quickly surfaces on my nose, even though I wash my face morning and evening and use basic skincare products that are not very oily. Especially on hot days or when I wear a mask for a long time, my nose and the sides of it become shinier, and it looks like sebum is clogging my pores. Thinking that the cleansing power might be insufficient, I tried switching cleansers, but using strong products made my skin feel tight and red, which actually made my condition worse.
It seems like I have more sebum the day after lacking sleep or eating greasy food, and I’m wondering if my lifestyle habits actually have a significant impact. If I have excessive sebum on my nose, I would like to know if managing it simply by changing my cleansing routine or products, or if I need to receive regular skin care. If I reduce sebum, will the areas where my pores already look enlarged become less noticeable? I would also like to receive advice on habits to be careful about at home and proper cleansing methods, along with skincare.
