What treatment is effective for milia in office workers?
Since my daily routine involves just going to work and coming home, it is difficult to spend a lot of time on skincare.
Lately, I've been really bothered by the constant breakouts of small pimples around my forehead and chin.
It doesn't flare up as big as pustular acne, but I can keep feeling the bumps, and my makeup doesn't apply smoothly.
It seems like I get more small pimples when I work late or have a long streak of tired days, and my skin texture doesn't get smooth no matter how much I moisturize. I've tried exfoliating at home and switching up my acne products, but there hasn't been any noticeable change. In fact, if I touch it incorrectly, it just leaves red marks, which seems to cause me even more stress.
So, I am considering getting a procedure at a dermatology clinic. I am wondering if just extraction is sufficient for milia, or if I need to undergo laser treatment or other procedures along with it to minimize recurrence. As a working professional, a long recovery period is a burden, so I am also curious if there are procedures that do not significantly interfere with daily life.
