Why do I get acne on my cheeks?

Hello! Haha, even though I am approaching my mid-30s

I am stressed out because of severe acne.

Is there anyone else like me?

My whole skin isn't acne-prone, but the occasional breakouts bother me especially more. People around me often ask if I'm still getting acne in my 30s, say it's severe, or comment on how young I look. It's always a funny yet sad situation.

I can overlook the chin acne that appears once a month, but there is acne on my cheeks that appears even when it’s not just any day.

Why do I get acne on my cheeks?

I'm still worried because a pimple suddenly popped up on my cheek yesterday. Please tell me what to do.
