I'm worried about whiteheads on my butterfly zone and pores clogged with sebum due to excessive sebum production in the summer.

The weather has been so hot and humid lately that my face is getting incredibly oily. In particular, excessive sebum is secreting in my T-zone and the butterfly zone next to my nose, causing them to be packed with hard whiteheads and blackheads, making my skin surface feel rough and messy. I can't bring myself to touch them because I'm afraid squeezing them out with my hands will just make my pores widen even more. Would pore and sebum cleansing treatments like Aqua Peel or Scaling offered at Maypure be effective for my condition? I would appreciate it if you could let me know of any acne soothing programs or recommended treatments that gently remove old sebum and dead skin cells while replenishing moisture!
