I'm worried about enlarged pores and sebum inside them during the summer. What kind of treatment would be best?
Now that it is Thursday afternoon—the time of week when the body feels most exhausted and fatigue tends to build up—drowsiness is creeping in, and I feel like my complexion is getting noticeably duller. On top of that, there is a heatwave of over 38 degrees... *shivers*
I am writing this to ask for advice because my skin problems have become much more serious lately.
Given the weather lately, the temperature and humidity are high, so even a little bit of outdoor activity causes my face to heat up instantly. As a result, the pores in my T-zone and butterfly zone feel noticeably enlarged, and they are clogged with sebum and blackheads. This makes my makeup look uneven and stand out like an orange peel, causing me a lot of stress every time I look in the mirror.
I've been diligently trying home care with cleansing oils and sebum-absorbing masks, but they only seem to stay on the surface for a short while, and I don't get the feeling that they are really removing the sebum from deep within. In fact, I'm worried that the excessive irritation might be making my pores enlarge even more. ㅠㅠ I'm planning to get professional dermatological care before it's too late!
People around me have recommended that I try the Aqua Peel or pore-tightening laser treatments at Maypure. Has anyone else visited Maypure for summer pore and sebum management like me? I would be really grateful if you could recommend any treatments or care combinations that were effective for pore cleansing and tightening!
I hope everyone has a great rest of Thursday and heads home in a good mood. I'll be waiting for your comments. Haha.
