Is there a cost-effective way to manage acne scars?

The acne I had when I was a student has almost disappeared, but I am bothered by the red scars still remaining on my cheeks.

It doesn't seem very noticeable normally, but I get stressed because my skin looks bumpy when exposed to lighting or sunlight. I would like to get a dermatological procedure, but the cost is quite high, so I can't easily make a decision.

Rather than getting an expensive procedure all at once, I would like to start with treatments that offer good value for money. I am wondering which methods would be suitable. If the procedure requires multiple sessions, I would also like to know what budget I should expect.

I am looking for a cost-effective treatment that I can receive consistently, rather than an overly expensive one.
