I keep getting acne. What would be a good solution?

I am writing to inquire because I keep getting acne on my face. Right now, I have several pimples on my forehead like the one shown. They aren't large, painful, pustular, or inflammatory acne; they are small, but the fact that they keep appearing consistently is causing me a lot of stress. First, I would like to know the cause of why this keeps happening. I am also wondering if taking prescribed oral medication would be effective. I heard that Maypure offers acne injections; would getting those help? Or would receiving a procedure like laser treatment be more effective? It seems there are a huge number of types of lasers; I would appreciate it if you could let me know which one would be the most effective!
