I am in my 30s and concerned about small bumps, pore elasticity, and acne management during the changing seasons. I would like to inquire about a consultation.

With the change of seasons, I have developed tiny, millet-sized blemishes on my chin and cheeks. My pores have noticeably widened, and my skin texture feels rough, so I would like to schedule a consultation. Since my early 30s, my pore elasticity hasn't been what it used to be, so my biggest stress these days is seeing visible skin texture even after applying makeup. I am wondering if it is safe to receive extraction treatments in this condition, how far you should extract the millet-sized bumps, and if it is okay since my skin has become sensitive and I am concerned about irritation. I would also like a recommendation on which treatment would be best for my skin among Aqua Peel, Skin Scaling, and LDM. I would also like to ask if overlapping treatments on the same troubled area could actually cause irritation. Please let me know how often I should receive treatments and how I should manage maintenance after the millet-sized bumps subside; I will use this information to schedule a consultation. The photo shows the condition of my pores on my cheeks and chin, where the texture has recently become rough.
