When should I disclose information regarding acne treatment consultation, the possibility of pregnancy, and medication selection?

Hello. I am a woman in my 30s concerned about acne and enlarged pores. I am writing to inquire about what information I should provide regarding medication selection and the possibility of preparing for pregnancy before receiving a treatment consultation. I am not stating that I am currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant; rather, I would like to know the consultation criteria in case my plans change in the future.
I have heard that the choice of topical and oral medications for acne may vary depending on the possibility of pregnancy or breastfeeding status. What specific information must I disclose during my first visit? Would it be advisable to mention future possibilities in advance, even if I do not have a concrete plan yet? I would also like to know if I can receive written instructions regarding the necessary verification procedures and guidance before starting the medication.
If the treatment plan changes during the course of treatment, I intend to contact the hospital first rather than adjusting the medication on my own. In this case, what information should I prepare, in addition to the names of the medications used and the last date of use? I would also like to discuss if there are management options available that do not involve medication. Can pore care be planned separately from acne treatment? I would prefer to confirm safety standards during a medical consultation rather than determining the dosage of specific medications online. The attached photo is for reference during the consultation.
