My oil-moisture balance was disrupted during the change of seasons, causing small pimples to appear on my chin and cheeks. I would like to know about soothing care after extraction and the treatment cycle.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about a skin concern I experience every time the seasons change. Recently, as the temperature difference between morning and evening has widened, my skin has suddenly become dry. However, my T-zone has actually become oilier, and small pimples have been breaking out one after another on my chin and cheeks. Even with makeup on, the bumps remain visible, making me hesitant to go out these days. I have heard that receiving soothing care after acne extraction reduces recurrence; I would like to know if it is possible to wash my face or apply makeup on the same day as the extraction, and how many sessions of soothing care are typically required to see results. I would also like to consult on the best order and frequency for acne treatments like Agnes or Gold PTT, and whether they would be suitable for my sensitive and dry skin type. I would also like to ask if recovery tends to be slower during seasonal changes if redness or peeling occurs after the procedure. As shown in the attached photo, I am currently using an acne soothing ampoule and a Cica moisturizer; I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any additional home care steps I should pay attention to before and after the procedure.
