Do you provide consultations for blackheads next to the nostrils, recurring pustular breakouts, sebum control, and acne treatment all together?

Sebum tends to build up right next to my nostrils, so blackheads are always visible, and once or twice a month, red, yellow, pus-filled blemishes pop up in that spot. I try not to squeeze them, but they bother me so I keep touching them, and even after they subside, the redness lingers for a while. As late autumn arrives, my cheeks feel tight, but the area around my nose feels oily, so I'm confused whether I should wash my face more often or actually increase my moisturizing. I am also wondering if I should treat sebum management around my nose separately from acne treatment for the blemishes, so I am asking for your advice.
1. Can blackheads on the sides of the nose and cystic acne be examined together in a single consultation?
2. How often should I manage the area around the nose, where sebum secretion is high?
3. Are there any criteria for visiting a clinic instead of squeezing inflamed blemishes at home?
4. If my cheeks are dry but my nose is oily, how should I separate my cleansing and moisturizing routines?
I attached the photo at the very bottom so you can refer to the condition of the area around the nostrils.
