맵고 짠 야식은 진짜 치명적이지만 오늘 저녁에 진정 팩하고 푹 쉬면 금방 돌아올 거예요.
Even though I knew I shouldn't eat spicy and salty food, I couldn't resist the temptation last night and ate tteokbokki before going to sleep, so I was truly horrified when I looked in the mirror this morning.
Putting aside how swollen my face is, I'm writing down my skin condition today out of frustration because three red blemishes suddenly popped up around my mouth. Usually, when my stomach isn't feeling well, I get immediate signals in my jaw area; it seems my skin got seriously angry because I ate something too spicy yesterday.
I quickly applied an ice pack to just slightly reduce the swelling before heading out, but the heat sensation didn't go away inside the mask all day, making it incredibly stuffy. This is a record of my skin condition today. I definitely need to eat a salad for dinner tonight, apply a gentle soothing mask, get a good night's sleep, and reflect on my actions.
