Regeneration tape after removal of flat warts

I first had flat warts removed the year before last and the third time this year. I have been removing it periodically, and they always put resurfacing tape on it, but this time they told me to only put it on two spots and not on the rest.

On the first day, I didn't wash my face and just applied the regeneration cream.

On the second day, my face was so oily and itchy that I just washed it with water. I applied regenerating cream

It's summer and my oily face is itchy because I only put on regeneration cream. I think it would be better to just put on regeneration tape.

I had it done at the same hospital, but are there people like me who don't use regenerative tape?

I removed it yesterday and it's the second day now.

I'm worried that I should stick it on and that the recovery will be delayed.
