Is it really effective if I receive pico toning consistently?

2. Post-treatment review: I'm concerned because my skin tone has become dull and freckles have appeared. I've heard that picotoning is good for improving pigmentation, so I'm looking into it. I'm also curious about the pain and downtime.

It was less than 5 minutes away, so I went there and tried pico toning, but I didn't really know.

I've given up and am not doing it because I was told I should do it about 15 times. If I do it too many times, it might not be good for my skin. Is it okay to do that?
