After removing flat warts on the eyelids

I had a flat wart removed on Thursday, November 13th.

I can't put tape on my eyelids, so I have to keep applying eye ointment.

But, when I apply eye ointment, it keeps getting into my eyes, my vision becomes blurry, and it's very uncomfortable.

There are still scabs, but would it be okay to apply regenerative cream more frequently instead of ointment?

Should I keep applying the ointment until the scab falls off?
