I would like to inquire about replacing Duoderm after removing flat warts.

 

11/12 (Wed) Flat wart removal

Duodem replacement on Friday, November 15th

Afterwards, it swells with pus, the pus seeps out, and a scab is visible.

 

They told me to replace the Duoderm every 2-3 days.

On Monday, November 17th, I peeled off a few Duodems and the scabs fell off with them, showing the flesh.

I left the rest as is, just in case it gets ugly.

 

Question 1)

Is it better to replace the Duoderm even if the scab falls off?

Or should I leave the Duoderm on until the wound heals?

It's already been 5 days since I started using Duodem... I'm confused as to whether I should change it or leave it as is.

 

Question 2)

If the scab remains after removing the Duoderm after a week, should I continue to apply the Duoderm?

Or, should I just leave it to fall off on its own while managing it with regeneration cream and sunscreen?

    편평사마귀 제거 후 관리 진짜 헷갈리죠. 듀오덤이랑 크림 병행하면서 너무 신경 쓰지 말고 천천히 경과 보셔도 좋겠어요.

    안녕하세요 고객님! 편평사마귀 제거 후 1 재생 테이프(듀오덤)는 넉넉히 7일~10일 정도 붙여주시면 되시고, 2-3일에 한번 씩 새걸로 교체해서 붙여 주시길 권유 드리며, 당일 세안, 메이크업, 간단한 샤워 모두 가능하십니다. 씻다가 재생 테이프 떨어지실 경우, 제거하신 병변 부위 완전히 건조 시켜주신 후 새걸로 붙여주시면 되십니다. 재생테이프 제거 후 자국이나 색소가 남지 않도록 재생크림/썬크림 잘 발라서 관리 해 주시면 되십니다. 

딱지의 경우 피부재생되는 과정에서 생기는 정상 반응으로, 강제 탈락 되지만 않는 거라면   괜찮습니다. 일주일 경과한 시점에서 듀오덤 떼어내어셨을 때  병변 제거 부위가 편평하게 살이 차올랐는지를 체크해 주시고, 만약 패여보이시는 부위가 있다면 최대 2주까지는 듀오덤으로 관리해 주시면 됩니다.
