Flat warts? How to get rid of water warts?

hello!

I usually get all my spots removed so my skin is clean?

I had a few flat warts or moles around my eyes and they spread and I think there were more ㅜㅜ

I don't think it can be removed by extrusion. Is there a separate way to remove it?

I'm wondering if I should get laser or some kind of treatment haha
