Inquiry about laser treatment for freckles

I recently went on a long trip to Southeast Asia.
After exposure to strong UV rays, I started to develop a wide range of freckles on my face that I had never seen before, and the existing freckles became noticeably darker.
I tried self-treatment by consistently using whitening functional ointments sold at pharmacies and commercially available patches to improve freckles, but
Even after 2-3 months, the effect was still minimal, so I decided that it would be difficult to solve the problem with self-treatment alone.
While searching, I came across information about laser treatment for freckles, and I am wondering if it is the best treatment for my symptoms.

Is it possible to improve freckles caused by strong UV rays with just laser treatment, or do I need a more powerful and precise freckle laser treatment?
As a working person, I would like to know the extent of disruption to daily life (e.g. redness, flaking, etc.) that may occur during the procedure, as well as the expected number of procedures and duration required to see results.
