I'm considering Pico Dual Toning because of my blemishes. Is there a big difference in effectiveness?

As a young professional just starting out, I prioritize cost-effectiveness the most. I have a lot of fine blemishes on my face, so I’ve decided to bite the bullet and start laser treatments! I noticed 'Pico Dual Toning' on the menu in addition to standard toning. Does this definitely lighten blemishes faster than regular lasers? Since it’s my first laser treatment, I’m both excited and nervous. I’m curious to know if anyone who has tried this starts seeing their complexion brighten after just one session! Please also advise if it’s beneficial to receive it along with vitamin treatments!!
