What is the exact difference between Pico Toning and IPL?

I'm looking into laser toning because tiny blemishes have started popping up on my face! I heard that Pico Toning is less irritating and works faster than IPL; is that true? My skin is a bit sensitive, so I'm worried about hyperpigmentation. I'm also wondering if Maypure uses a skin analyzer to thoroughly check your skin during the consultation.
