It seems like the pores on my butterfly zone are getting wider. Which would be more effective, Poten or PicoFraxel?

Hello! I've always just been a lurker, getting a lot of useful information here, but today I'm posting to borrow the collective intelligence of the members because of my long-standing concern: my pores. I'm not sure if it's because sebum production has increased as the weather gets warmer, or if it's simply due to a loss of elasticity from skin aging, but lately, the pores in my butterfly zone have gotten longer vertically and look so prominent. I can't cover them without primer when I do my makeup, and the foundation cakes, so I'm incredibly stressed about it.

I realized a while ago that there are limits to minimizing pores with just cosmetics or ampoules, so I’ve been looking into treatments. It turns out the two most famous options for pores are the Potenza Pumping Tip and Pico Fraxel! I’ve swum through a sea of information and done some research on my own, but since the two work on different principles and have distinct pros and cons, I’m having trouble deciding which one to choose.

Potenza works by having micro-needles penetrate the skin to deliver radio frequency waves, so it's great for collagen production. I've heard that using the pump tip allows you to directly infuse skin-booster medications like Juveluc into the skin, making it incredibly effective for shrinking pores and improving skin texture. However, I am concerned about the price point and the fact that redness or unevenness might last for a few days. On the other hand, Pico Fraxel works by creating tiny holes on the skin's surface to stimulate new skin growth, so it is widely used for traditional pore scar treatment. While it is less painful and causes fewer scabs than older Fraxels, many reviews mention that it still generates significant heat and can cause unsightly flaking, making downtime management difficult.

My skin is on the sensitive side, so I'm scared that prolonged heat or severe scabbing might interfere with my daily life. On the other hand, I also have a strong desire to get a treatment with guaranteed results right away, haha. By any chance, are there any Maypure community members who have tried Potenza or Pico Fraxel for butterfly zone pore concerns?! I'm desperately waiting for genuine reviews on how much pain you experienced, how many sessions are needed to see noticeable tightening of the pores, and which of the two you recommend. If you give me some good advice, I'll come straight over to schedule a consultation this weekend!!

저는 프락셀은 받았는데 이게 피코가 붙은건 뭔차이인지 모르겠어요. 프락셀은 정말 아픈데신 효과가 좋아요. ㅠ 눈물나더라구요
