Is it okay to wear a mask for a long time the day after getting laser treatment? I have a job where I have to wear it all day long.
I have to wear a mask almost all day at work, so this is also a concern when I get laser treatment.
Even normally, wearing a mask for a long time makes the inside feel humid and stuffy, but I think my skin will be even more sensitive the day after getting laser treatment.
Is it generally okay to wear a mask for a long time starting the day after getting the laser treatment?
I'm worried that the friction might cause irritation because the mask keeps touching my skin and moves every time I speak.
In particular, since there are many days when I wear it for over 8 hours when I go to work, I am also wondering if it might be better to replace it frequently in the middle of the day.
Would it be a little more convenient if I scheduled the laser treatment for Friday, rested for two days over the weekend, and went to work on Monday?
Since I can't take time off work, procedures that require a long recovery are difficult for me, haha.
I think it is also important to be careful not to let sweat build up inside the mask.
I think it would be better to wear light makeup after the laser treatment, so I'm thinking of going to work on Monday wearing just sunscreen.
Has anyone else had a job where they wear a mask for long periods like me and tried laser treatments consistently?
I am curious whether you were able to work the very next day without any issues, or if the first day or two were a bit uncomfortable.
I can't avoid this because of my job, so please give me a realistic review haha.
