Is it okay if my skin gets pressed down due to my sleeping habits after getting the laser treatment?

레이저 받고 잠버릇 때문에 피부가 눌려도 괜찮을까요?ㅠㅠ

I have a really bad habit of sleeping on my side lol. Even when I try to sleep straight, when I wake up in the morning, I find one side of my face completely buried in the pillow.

So now that I'm planning to get laser treatment, I'm suddenly worried about my sleeping position.

If my skin is sensitive and pressed against a pillow for a long time on the day of the laser treatment, could it cause more redness or irritation?

Even if I lie flat on my back before falling asleep, I can't control my position while I sleep.

I'm wondering if it would be okay to just replace the pillowcase with a clean one.

Are there any of you who use a lower pillow than usual or try to sleep on your back on the day you get laser treatment?

I wonder if I'm worrying about something too trivial, haha. Since it's my first procedure, I'm getting anxious about everything.

I'm especially unsure if it's okay for the pillow cloth to keep touching the skin while there is still even a slight irritation.

I'm also wondering if I don't need to worry too much about things like this a few days after getting the laser treatment.

For those of you who usually have bad sleeping habits and have tried laser treatment, was your skin actually in good condition the next day?

Please share your experience on whether it's more comfortable to sleep straight on your back, at least on the first night haha.
