Even if my skin looks fine after laser treatment, would it be better to take a break from functional cosmetics for a few days?
I usually tend to use various functional products containing vitamins or related to exfoliation.
I have been using this product well when my skin is in good condition, but I am wondering when I can start using it again after getting laser treatment.
I once felt a slight stinging sensation after returning to my usual routine immediately after a treatment, so I plan to be a bit careful this time.
After getting laser treatment, would it be better to keep my skin simple and focus on moisturizing for a few days, and then start using functional products one by one once it has fully recovered?
I tend to use a lot of products, so I felt like if I started everything again at once, I wouldn't even be able to tell what was causing the irritation lol.
So this time, I'm thinking of completely simplifying my basic routine before and after the laser treatment.
I wash my face and use only a mild moisturizer and sunscreen, observing the results, and then add products one by one.
Even if your skin looks fine on the outside after laser treatment, if you feel a stinging or tight sensation, is it right to wait a little longer?
For those of you who receive regular laser treatments, what criteria do you use to restart using functional cosmetics?
I am also curious if you make a decision based on whether my skin feels comfortable, rather than on a set date.
For those of you who use multiple cosmetic products like me, please let me know how you simplified your pre- and post-laser routine haha.
