Both sides of my nose always look red. Is it possible to treat this?

I've been worried because the sides of my nose have been looking red for some time now. The redness extends from both sides of the nostrils to the area where my nose meets my cheeks; it seems to get worse after washing my face and doesn't subside easily over time. It becomes particularly red when my skin is dry or when there are temperature changes, and sometimes I feel a stinging sensation. Even when I wear makeup, the redness shows through only on the sides of my nose, so I end up applying concealer multiple times.
I am wondering if this is simply due to sensitive skin, or if the flushing is caused by dilated blood vessels. Can the redness next to my nose improve with general soothing care alone? Or is separate treatment, such as vascular laser therapy, necessary?
I have heard that lasers like V-Beam or Excel V are used to improve facial redness, and I would like to know the differences between the two procedures. Since my skin is sensitive, I am concerned that the redness might worsen or cause irritation after the treatment. I would appreciate it if hospital staff could answer whether localized redness, such as that next to the nose, can be treated, and how many sessions are typically required.
