Will Potenza improve the pores on my cheeks and the uneven skin texture?

Lately, when I look in the mirror up close, my pores from under my eyes to the front of my cheeks look so prominent that it's stressing me out.

In the past, makeup could cover it up to some extent, but recently, my skin surface has become bumpy and even shiny, so it doesn't look smooth even when I apply foundation.

Especially as the weather gets drier, my skin feels tight deep down while oil is rising to the surface, so my pores and uneven texture seem to be more noticeable.

I have tried using ampoules and exfoliating products that are said to be good for pore care, but since I haven't seen any noticeable changes, I am looking into dermatological procedures this time.
