Hello. I've been hearing a lot lately that I look very tired. The dark circles under my eyes have gotten darker, and the fat layer underneath my eyes has bulged out, as if it's detached. The shadows created by the curves under my eyes have darkened my impression and made me look older.

I'm not sure if it's simply a pigmentation issue or a structural problem with the fat, so I'd like to seek advice. For people with prominent under-eye fat like mine, is surgical intervention like fat repositioning necessary, or is laser or under-eye filler treatment sufficient for improvement?

If there is a treatment combination that can simultaneously address dark circle pigmentation and wrinkles under the eyes, please let me know.
