I have a question about mole removal.

I have a mole that's raised and deep-rooted. I had it removed once at another hospital. However, the mole didn't fall off much, leaving a white, raised scar, so I was afraid to touch it again. As time passed, the mole that hadn't fallen off much grew back, so I want to remove it properly this time. Is it possible to remove it without a scar? Moles are usually removed with a CO2 laser, but are there other lasers besides this one? What lasers are used for moles that have deep roots and need to be dug deep? I'd also like to know if there's a difference in the cost of mole removal for the face and body.
