How do you manage the blemishes that appear on your face after outdoor activities?

I often go golfing or hiking on the weekends, so I started getting dark spots here and there on my face. I was wondering how to get rid of them.

I was going to leave it alone because I'm a man, but every time I look in the mirror, it looks dirty, so I'm thinking of trying an effective way to get rid of freckles.

Are there any lasers or treatments specifically designed for men that are known for removing freckles? I'm not familiar with them, so I desperately need information. If you know of any methods, please share them with me.^^
