I suddenly developed sensitive skin. How do you manage it at home? Could you recommend any skin care tips?
Every morning after I wash my face, it feels so tingly.
In the past, I could just put on anything and it was fine, but now, if I change even one step in my skincare routine, my skin turns red.
I wonder if skin care is this difficult.
People around me say it's because of the seasonal change, but I don't think it's simply a seasonal issue. Yesterday, I bought a new, supposedly mild moisturizing cream, but even that felt irritating, which was really frustrating.
Social life has been stressful and sleep-deprived, but my skin isn't what it used to be. My cheeks, in particular, are constantly itchy and dry, so makeup doesn't go on well, and I often get irritated. After these setbacks, recovery is slow, leaving me sighing. Even applying soothing packs only lasts a moment, and I feel like I need a more fundamental solution. I've always thought I knew my skin type, but at some point, I realized I have sensitive skin. It's disconcerting that this has become a permanent condition.
Now, I've become so sensitive that I have to meticulously choose every single ingredient. Even when I go out, I'm cautious about applying sunscreen, and on days when I wear a mask for a long time, I get breakouts around my chin, which is incredibly stressful. Are there any of you who are suddenly struggling with sensitive skin like I was?
If you have any skin care tips that can gently moisturize your skin without irritation, or a routine that has actually worked for you, I would really appreciate it if you could share them with us.
Actually, I never thought I'd have such concerns before, but I have sensitive skin. As the condition persists, my heart starts to feel heavy.
