As we age, our skin seems to be influenced more by our lifestyle habits than by our natural makeup.

When I was younger, I could sleep late and just roughly wash off my makeup, but now, if I overdo it for even one day, it shows on my face.

 

I especially feel that sleep has a huge impact on my skin!

If you don't get enough sleep, your skin will become dull and fine wrinkles will become more prominent.

So I try to put my phone down early at night and make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

 

Also, on days when I drink less water, my face feels tight and my makeup doesn't go on well.

So these days, I make a point of drinking water often.

 

I feel that it is more important to wash your face thoroughly and moisturize rather than wear excessive makeup.

I think these small habits come together to create the skin I have today.
