I've noticed a noticeable increase in skin problems during times of high stress.
In particular, I felt the biggest change in eating habits.
When you eat instant food or late-night snacks often, you may develop breakouts on your chin or forehead, but if you eat mainly vegetables and protein, your skin will look much more stable.
Also, when I didn't bother applying sunscreen because it was too much of a hassle, my skin tone quickly became dull.
These days, I've made it a habit to always apply sunscreen even if I'm only going out for a short time, and to wash my face right away when I get home.
I'm increasingly realizing that these small choices can have a huge impact on the condition of my skin.
