Spots around the nose... How do I get rid of blackheads?

Hello, I am a male office worker.

I'm worried these days because of the black dots(?) on my nose that make me look dirty.

Every time I wash my face, the area around my nose feels rough and when I look in the mirror, I feel like I need to get rid of the blackheads urgently, but I don't know how to do it...;

I've been refraining from squeezing them with my hands because I've heard it's bad, but what products or treatments are good for effectively removing blackheads?
