Do you have a skincare routine? Is one pack a day good for your skin or is it poison?

I heard that using one pack a day is the best for skin care, so I tried it, but I also heard that it could actually cause skin problems because it provides too much nutrition to the skin.

My skin is a bit oily and combination, and I'm not sure if applying a sheet mask every day is beneficial or detrimental. For those of you who use a sheet mask every day, I'd like to know what type you use and whether your skin has actually improved.

I tried using an inexpensive moisturizing sheet mask once a day for a week. Makeup went on well for the first three days, but by the fifth day, whiteheads started to appear around my chin. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the product or if daily use just doesn't suit me. Some people say the essence in sheet masks can clog pores, so I'm debating whether using it every other day would be better.

I'd like to hear actual reviews from people with truly flawless skin and adjust my routine accordingly. Some say a lightweight, water-based hydrating pack is better than a highly nutritious one. Could you also recommend a daily pack you enjoy? I'm also curious about whether it's better to apply the pack right after washing your face, or to smooth out the skin texture with toner before applying it. I want to be meticulous about even the smallest details.
