Can I manage my scalp in winter with Pantodil Hair Ampoule?

How do you all take care of your scalp and hair during the winter? I just bought a lottery ticket on my way back from lunch, and I won a grand total of zero, so I came here to console myself... I thought I could have spent this money on a really good hair care product!
