Are there any home care products that are good for freckles and blemishes?

My skin has become noticeably sensitive and dull due to the cold wind at the end of January. Every time I look in the mirror, I feel like my blemishes are more noticeable than before, so I was worried and decided to find a product that I can use comfortably at home. When I searched online, there were so many types that I had difficulty choosing. What I was looking for was something that had whitening properties and long-lasting moisturizing power.
