I was trying on my new year-end dress when I got a headache and took out a diet shake.
It's past 1 a.m. and I can't sleep, so I tried on the holiday dress that arrived in the mail earlier. I was going to do a little fashion show in front of the mirror, but I could see right away that my body shape had dulled more than I'd expected, perhaps because of the winter. I guess I've been focusing too much on my skincare routine, eating tangerines and bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread) under the warm heater. In the end, I've decided to make diet shakes a must-have in my evening routine starting today. True home care is as important as applying it on the outside, right? The diet shake I chose this time has a generous amount of protein, and I can drink it late at night without feeling bloated, so it's a much more logical choice than a late-night snack. A warm shower, a face mask, and a light diet shake will help me manage winter puffiness and maintain my figure at the same time. I want to stand in front of the mirror tomorrow night with a lighter heart.
