Do many of you use diet shakes?

I've been on a diet since early last year.

Of course, it's not my first time doing this, but I keep losing and gaining weight, but even if I lose weight once, I quickly yo-yo again and gain more weight than before, and the vicious cycle repeats.

I was overweight, then normal weight, then yoyoed, then obese, then overweight, then morbidly obese last year, and now I'm wandering somewhere between being overweight and obese.

 

When I go on a diet, I lose weight because I eat less, but I also lose muscle mass, and as a result, my body loses elasticity and becomes saggy.

So, I'm trying to diet healthily while losing fat and increasing muscle strength. diet shake I see a lot of product-related news.

I've tried it occasionally, but only once in a meal diet shake I think there are a lot of people who have changed to meals.

I am thinking of buying the product as it seems like it would be a good replacement for morning or evening use. diet shake If you have any products, please recommend them.

 

I guess a product with a high protein content would be good for increasing muscle strength, right?

    저도 고무줄 몸무게라 그 마음 너무 잘 알아요 ㅠㅠ 빼는 것보다 유지하는 게 백배는 더 힘든 것 같아요. 근육 빠지면 나중에 기초대사량 떨어져서 요요 더 심하게 오더라고요. 그래서 저도 이번엔 단백질 함량 높은 거 위주로 찾아보고 있는데, 곡물 맛 나는 쉐이크들이 확실히 안 비리고 우유에 타 먹으면 든든해서 저녁 대용으로 괜찮더라고요! 너무 고민하지 마시고 일단 후기 많은 거 하나 골라서 시작해 보세요. 건강하게 근력 키우면서 하는 다이어트 성공하시길 응원할게요!

      일단 시작하고 먹어보면서 하나씩 비교해봐야겠어요
      곡물 들어간것들이 많은것보면 그만큼 물리지 않고 먹기 편해서이겠죠?
      저도 그런 제품들로 알아봐야겠네요
